OMNI stands for ‘easy to learn and apply’. We are convinced that hypnosis and therapy are vital. If hypnosis is presented as something elite and complicated that can only be acquired through long studies, it impedes the progress and acceptance of hypnosis. Hypnotizing is easy. Do not accept anything else. Our students learn how to hypnotize on the first day and in this 5 days of basic training, they get to start from the scratch, including the history, philosophy and move on to the practical application of hypnotherapy.

After a successfully graduation, you have all the required skills to hypnotize successfully, and if you like, start exploring the field of therapy or applying your existing skills in a more efficient way. You can assume to learn and finally apply things yourself you have never heard of before or about which others told you that they would not be possible. Read the training content thoroughly and assure yourself. Laws differ according to country and region*. The methods taught are not symptom – but cause oriented and hence offer the user plenty of room to act.

With over 10 years of experience in Human Capital Management and Consulting, my specialization is Human Behavior (DISC) profiling, job analysis, Competency Development and Performance Management.
While working as human resources generalist for five years India, I have been instrumental in independently setting up HR processes and functions for a new business unit of one of the largest IT companies in India. I have been involved in major business expansion by recruiting and training people for a publicly listed company in the manufacturing industry in India.
I moved to Nigeria in 2001, and took up an assignment with Phillps Consulting Limited, a consulting firm in Nigeria, working on various project involving Recruitment, Employee Attitude Surveys, Behavior profiling using DISC tools, competency and skills management, process mapping, development plans and acquiring new businesses.
Prior to setting up my company, I was an associate with The Change Associates, counseling and coaching company based in Dubai, Knowledge Village. over three years of experience dealing with clients issues ranging from anxiety, panic attack, bingeing, thumb sucking, fears, self confidence, study improvement, smoking, weight management just to name a few.
I am a graduate in Education and Communication (1994) from the M.S. University of Baroda, and have Masters of Social Work degree (1996) from M.S. University of Baroda, India. I also have a diploma in Human Resources Management from M. S University of Baroda.
The university training in the field of Education and Social Work vastly fulfilled my innate curiosity in understanding human behavior and brought me into the forefront of society and helping people with change and break through transformation.
Gerald is the founder of the Omni Hypnosis Training Center® in DeLand, Florida. Having trained thousands of hypnotists and hypnotherapists in over eighty countries, he is widely recognized as one of this country’s leading instructors of clinical hypnotism.
For many years, Jerry listened to the issues of both new and veteran hypnotism practitioners. In a strong voice they indicated that after completing their hypnotism courses, they still felt unsure of how to resolve the many issues for which clients schedule sessions. They wanted and needed “Step-By-Step, How-To” instruction to create success for the client and for themselves in this helping profession.
Considering this need for highly effective training, Jerry decided to place on video the finest, undiluted, pure hypnotism training courses available today. In 1988 he started monthly “How-To” seminars at the Omni Hypnosis Training Center® for his students. Each month he would focus on instructing, “Step-by-Step”, how to deal with a particular issues requested by the students. These professional courses, seminars and workshops have been placed on download files live, as they were happening, not in a glitzy studio with scripts and rehearsals. A graduate of Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida, Jerry helds a degree in education. He served as Executive Director of the National Board of Hypnosis Education and Certification. He co-authored “Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy: Basic & Advanced Techniques For The Professional” with his former student, Calvin Banyan. Jerry was also a contributing author to The Journal of Hypnotism, served on the Advisory Board of the National Guild of Hypnotists and on the Certification Board of the National Guild of Hypnotists.

In order to be authentic and enhance the company and the training with my own personality I will also include my emphasis to lead OMNI in the future.
